Ingredients

2 tbsp water

10g Sweetener, Truvia

60ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ -Vanilla (available on prescription)

10g Raspberries

                         

Method

Add the water, sweetener, and raspberries to a small pan heat gently over a medium heat stirring until you have a purée, if you need a smooth lolly pass this through a sieve to remove the seeds (allow to cool).

Once cooled add the ketocal liquid and stir until combined.

You can pour this into a lolly pop mould, or place into a freezer friendly box with lid, freeze until hard.

If you are using a box once frozen you can use a fork to crush into a sorbet and serve straight away.

You can keep these lolly’s frozen for 6 months.
