20g Lo Dough (1 wrap =28g)

50g Slim Rice Original 

10g Morrisons Cream cheese

10g Cheese, Mozzarella, fresh

35g Mushrooms, white, raw

5g KetoCal 4:1 Powder Unflavoured (available on prescription)

16g Olive oil

3g Gia garlic puree 

2g Paprika

12g Peppers, capsicum, green, raw



1. Rinse the slim rice under cold water and set aside to drain.

2.  Slice mushrooms and pepper then fry in 1/2 the oil until soft (5/7 minutes).  Add garlic and paprika and fry for 1 more minute. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Mix the veg and rice together with the ketocal powder.

4. Spread cream cheese over the Lo Dough, sprinkle on the grated mozzarella then top with the rice mixture.

5. Roll the Lo Dough up folding in the sides first then roll like a swiss roll so all the filling is enclosed.

6.  Take the rest of the olive oil and heat in a frying pan. Place the Lo Dough seam side down and fry for a few minutes until toasted then turn over and cook until golden. 

7. You can wrap these in foil and bake in the oven or freeze until needed then re-heat in the oven.

Top Tip

Great easy to make hot sandwich. Can be frozen until needed.

Other low-carb wraps can be used in place of Lo Dough but don’t forget to amend your keto calculations.
