Ingredients

15g spring onion

20g back bacon

5ml olive oil

50g avocado

48g cooked cauliflower

50g double cream

20g Cheesies

                         

Method

Chop spring onions and bacon and fry in a pan with the oil.

Add the avocado and warm through. Remove all from the pan and set aside.

Pour cream into the pan and reduce down.

Add cooked cauliflower and heat through.

Mix everything together in the pan and pour Cheesies over for an added crunch before serving.
