30g Ketoclassic Savoury - half a pack (available on prescription)

8g butter

30g courgette

10g spring onion

20g mushroom

5g olive oil

40g egg (small egg)

6g Cathedral City cheddar



Crush Ketoclassic Savoury with a spoon and mix well with melted butter.

Press hard into bottom of a greased tart tin (10cm wide) and allow to set in the fridge.

Fry vegetables in oil until softened and add to the tart tin.

Add beaten egg and top with grated cheese.

Bake in the oven at 180C degrees for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbling.


Top Tips

MCT oil (available on prescription) can also be used.
