Ingredients

60g Chicken, light meat, raw

30g Bean sprouts, mung, raw

33g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw - chopped

50g Spinach, baby, raw

20g Olive oil

20g Peanut butter, Whole Earth, smooth

                         

Method

1. Heat olive oil in a small frying pan over a medium heat.

2. Add chicken and fry until it begins to brown.

3. Add beansprouts, chopped spring onions and spinach and heat through.

4. Stir through peanut butter, heat and serve.
