Ingredients 12g cooked sausage (e.g. Debbie & Andrew’s 97% pork sausage) 15g chopped, fresh tomato 20g egg 5g double cream (Tesco) 10g cucumber 10g full-fat mayonnaise 4g olive oil Salt, pepper and a pinch of dried herbs to taste Method Preheat oven to 170C/325F/Gas mark 3. Mix egg and double cream together. Season with salt, pepper and a small pinch of dried mixed herbs to taste. Add chopped tomato and pieces of cooked sausage to a silicone cupcake case. Pour over egg and cream mixture and bake in oven for 18-20 minutes until firm. Mix mayonnaise and olive oil together and serve with quiche and cucumber. Serving Tips These quiches are great to batch cook and freeze.
