3g Chilli powder

8g Tomato Puree (GIA) - sun dried 

3g Garlic puree

30g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents

40g Turkey, mince, stewed

20g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw

20g Peppers, capsicum, green, raw

50g Mushrooms, white, raw

2g Ground cumin, tesco 

3g Coriander seeds

15g Lentils, green and brown, whole, dried, boiled in unsalted water

30g Butter, unsalted

15ml MCT Oil (available on prescription)



1. Grate mushrooms then chop spring onions and pepper into small pieces. 

2. In a frying pan heat butter and MCT oil over medium heat. Once hot add turkey mince and 

spices and fry for 2 minutes. 

3. Add mushrooms, onions and peppers and fry until tender. 

4. Add garlic and tomato puree, lentils and fry for 2 minutes then add tinned tomatoes. 

5. Simmer for 5 minutes and season to taste with salt and pepper. At this stage you can add some water to add more sauce to the chilli.

6. Serve hot or cool and freeze until needed.
