24g fiber flour

25g ackee fruit

8ml MCT Oil

3g Barkat Carb-Free Baking Powder

8g olive oil



1. In a food processor pulse ackee fruit with the MCT Oil until smooth.

2. In a bowl mix the flour and baking powder then add in the ackee fruit and mix to a smooth batter.

3. Heat olive oil over med/low heat and add spoonfuls of the batter. Fry for a few minutes on both sides until light and golden in colour.

4. Serve hot or allow to cool then freeze until needed.
