Ingredients

15ml Skinny white chocolate syrup

20g cream, fresh, double

20g cheese, cream, Philadelphia

17g raspberries, raw

10ml Keto Cal 4:1 LQ Vanilla (available on prescription)

                         

Method

1. In a bowl crush raspberries with a fork.

2. In another bowl whisk cream, cream cheese, Ketocal LQ and Skinny syrup together.

3. Stir in the crushed raspberries.

4. Place in a small bowl or glass and chill until needed.

Can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.
