Ingredients

35ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ Unflavoured (available on prescription)

30g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw

9g Flour, wheat, white, plain, soft

5g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat 

10g Water, distilled

21g Olive oil

10g Coconut flour Tiana

25g KetoCal 3:1 Powder (available on prescription)

         

Method

1. Preheat oven to 200C/gas mark 6.

2. In a bowl mix the flour, coconut flour, baking powder and KetoCal powder together.

3. Whisk in the egg, water and KetoCal liquid to form a batter.

4. Divide the oil into the Yorkshire pudding tin or muffin tin and heat for 10 mins.

5. Remove from the oven and pour in batter mix.

6. Return to the oven and bake for 10-15 mins.

7. Serve straight away or allow to cool and freeze until needed.
