Ingredients

16g Lo-Dough

65.5ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ Unflavoured (available on prescription)

8g Butter, salted

10g Onions, raw

11g Cream, fresh, double

1g Ginger, ground

         

Method

1. In a pan melt the butter over med/low heat. 

2. Grate the onion and cook in the butter. 

3 Add the ginger and KetoCal and bring to a simmer. 

4 In a food processor blitz the Lo-Dough so it looks like breadcrumbs. 

5 Add the breadcrumbs to the pan and turn off the heat. Season with salt and pepper. 

6 Add the cream and stir through. 

Top Tip

Can be frozen until needed.

Other low-carb wraps can be used in place of Lo Dough but don’t forget to amend your keto calculations.
