Ingredients

130g raw brussels sprouts

25g butter

25g raw streaky bacon

                         

Method

1. Fry bacon in butter, take out once cooked and chop in small pieces. 

2. In the same saucepan, cook chopped brussels in butter and bacon fat.

3. Add cooked bacon and serve.
