Ingredients

60g Radishes, stems removed, ends trimmed and halved

9g Olive Oil

6g garlic, minced

Salt and pepper

                         

Method

1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees fan, 220 degrees normal oven or gas mark 7.

2. In a bowl toss the radishes with the oil and salt and pepper and ensure evenly coated (don’t add the garlic yet).

3. Spread them out as a single layer on a baking tray, drizzling any remaining oil from the bowl on to them.

4. Bake for 10 minutes and then add the minced garlic and toss, returning to the oven for a further 20 minutes (giving them a quick stir after 10 minutes).
