Ingredients

14g Linwoods ground linseeds (ground flaxseeds)

2g Porridge oats

16g raspberries

10ml of water

21g Tesco double cream

                                

Method

1. Mix water, double cream, ground linseeds, oats together and leave for 10 - 20 mins for the liquid to absorb linseeds and oats.

2. Serve with raspberries and sweetener if needed. Can warm to serve as a hot porridge or hot dessert.
