Ingredients 50g Grapeseed oil 60g Eggs, chicken, yolk, raw 7g Mustard powder 200ml MCT Oil (available on prescription) Method 1. In a bowl place the egg yolk, mustard powder, salt, pepper, and whisk until the yolk turns pale in colour. 2. In a jug mix the MCT oil and grapeseed oil together. 3. Drip the oil into the yolks, a drop at a time, whisking all the time until all the oil has been combined and the mayonnaise is a thick texture. 4. If you have a blender or food processor you can use them to make the mayonnaise. Add the oil drop by drop through the feed tube until all the oil has been combined into the yolks. 5.
