8g raw streaky bacon rashers

8g raw Black Farmer Premium Pork sausage

10g raw sprouts

10g old raw carrots

19g butter

20g old raw potatoes

15g turkey, light meat, roasted

30g Waitrose Cooks Ingredients beef stock

13g Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise



1. Cut potato in small pieces and bake in oven or stir fry in half the butter. 

2. Stir fry the finely chopped carrot and finely chopped brussels in remaining butter. 

3. You can either bake sausage and bacon in oven or fry in saucepan with other veggies (will need longer to cook through than veggies). 

4. Mix stock with a bit of water.  The sausages and bacon are lovely mixed with mayo.
