Ingredients

10g Lo-Dough

30g Sausages, pork, The Black Farmer 

17g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw

10g KetoCal 4:1 Powder Unflavoured (available on prescription)

1.5g Sage, dried, ground

8g Olive oil

         

Method

1. In a food processor pulse the Lo-Dough so it looks like breadcrumbs then place in a bowl with the sausage meat, KetoCal and sage.

2. In a pan heat the oil and fry the onion on low heat until soft. Allow to cool then add to the 

breadcrumbs.

3. Mix so everything is combined, season with salt and pepper, then roll into balls and place onto a 

baking sheet.

4. Bake at 170C for 10 minutes until golden.

5. Eat hot or allow to cool then freeze until needed.

Top Tip

Other low-carb wraps can be used in place of Lo Dough but don’t forget to amend your keto calculations.
