Ingredients

For the kebabs:

10g tahini

20g Whole Earth peanut butter

pinch of chilli

Gia garlic paste to taste

splash of lemon juice

MCT oil (available on prescription)

60g raw chicken

50g cauliflower

For the burgers:

60g lean beef mince

25g Philadelphia full-fat soft cheese

10g spring onion

Gia garlic paste to taste

                         

Method

Mix the tahini, peanut butter, chilli, garlic paste, lemon juice and MCT oil together in a bowl.

Dice the chicken, add it to the bowl and leave to marinate while you make the burgers.

Mix all the burger ingredients together and divide into two equal portions.

Thread the marinaded chicken on a skewer.

Mix the cauliflower in the leftover marinade and thread on to a separate skewer.

 

Serving Tips

You could use courgette, mushrooms and peppers for the vegetable kebab. Lamb or turkey mince would work well for the burgers along with adding herbs too. Serve with salad and mayonnaise.
