Ingredients

25g Turkey, dark meat, raw

5g Cranberry sauce

10g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw

20g KetoCal 3:1 Powder (available on prescription)

15g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw

1g Sage, dried, ground

10g Mushrooms, white, raw

15g Oil, olive

         

Method

1. Chop mushrooms and spring onion into small diced pieces.

2. Fry mushrooms and spring onion in olive oil until soft and allow to cool.

3. In a bowl, mix minced turkey, Ketocal, beaten egg, sage, cranberry sauce and cooled mushroom mixture.

4. Place in a small loaf tin or a muffin tin and bake at 170 degrees C for 15 minutes until the top is golden brown.

Top Tips

Serve as a main Christmas meal or allow to cool - then slice and use as a sandwich filling. You can also roll the mixture into 5 small meatballs and serve hot or cold on a buffet.
